Q) Where Are You Based?

We are based in Weston Super Mare, SW England.

Q) How Long Before i Receive My Order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of purchase However this is not always possible depending on how many orders I have to fulfil etc.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number once your order is ready to dispatch.  I send With Everi through Parcel2Go using their fully trackable 3- 5 day service (please note this is approximate and delays can occur) Please read my shipping policy for more information.

Q) How Much Wax Should i Use In My Wax Melt Burner?

Dependent on the size of the room and How strong you like your fragrances and also the size of your burner (Please always check your burner for cracks etc before use). We suggest 2 squares of wax melt or 2 small scoops of crumble. Use as much or as little as you prefer. to achieve the strength of scent for your room.

Q) How Long Do Your Wax Melts / Wax Crumbles Last?

This really does depend on the size of your room and how strong you like your Fragrances.  If you like your scents strong they will definitely last 3 to 4, 8 hour burns and can still give a good scent throw up to 2 weeks depending on the strength you like.

Q) Do You Use Bio-degradable  Products and Packaging?

I use as many products as possible to help the Environment, I use a Soy wax, All glitters are cosmetic grade some are bio-degradable and I will change to more Bio-degradable glitters as soon as they are available.  I use Bio-degradable packaging as much as possible eg. Cardboard boxes, Tissue paper and packing peanuts are all recyclable.

Q)  Are Your Wax Melts and Crumbles Handpoured?

Yes I make and hand pour the melts and crumbles, and the Burner platters are hand crafted by myself at my home in North Somerset.

Q)  Can I Mix Different Fragrance Oils in a Wax Warmer?

Q) Can I Leave a Wax Warmer Unattended?

It's generally recommended not to leave a wax warmer unattended, just like any other heat-emitting appliance. Safety should always be a priority.

Q) How Often Should I Change the Wax in My Warmer?

Change the wax in your warmer when you notice the scent has faded or the wax is no longer emitting a fragrance. This typically occurs after several hours of use.

Q) Can I Use Fragrance Oils from Candles in Wax Warmers?

While you can use fragrance oils from candles in wax warmers, it's advisable to use oils specifically formulated for wax warmers. These oils are designed to release fragrance effectively without any fire risk.

Q) Is It Safe to Use Wax Warmers Around Pets?

Yes, wax warmers are generally safe to use around pets. However, consider the sensitivity of certain animals to strong scents, and ensure the warmer is placed in an area where pets can't accidentally knock it over.

Wax crumbles are basically crumbles of hardened scented wax
